Eyes on AI

This work shop was conducted by Eng. Sahanaka Weerarathne, Application Engineer-Synopsys who has experience on machine learning and deep learning projects for more than two years. Participants were had a privilege to join the workshop with no data chargers so that, we had more than 150 participants in day 1 also more than 100 in day 2 through both zoom and facebook live screening. In the first day of the work shop Eng. Sahanaka Weerarathne starts with the introduction to AI and Deep learning and the evolution of AI. In the end of the day 1 he talked about the mathematical background for Artificial Neutral Network and about the Convolutional Neutral Network. The second day he explained how to find datasets, prepare them and how to build a deep learning model with the introduction of transfer learning. 

Finally, the interesting part of the workshop started, train the model and get the prediction for random image. End of the both days participants give us very valuable feedbacks. All of them were very appreciable comments and also the have some suggestions to our future plans on this workshop. In the Q&A session also a great opportunity to clear the participant’s doubts about the content covered in the session and they were answered by the speaker. The workshop concluded after giving a motivation to the participants on studying on AI and deep learning further. After the end of the work shop valuable certificate was given to every participants who had join both days of the Eyes on AI workshop.
